Our law firm clients have grown both accustomed and appreciative of the courteous and respectful contacts with Christy Davis, our receptionist and legal assistant, with Mary Dougherty, the administrative overseer, and with Richard Arndt, our firm administrator, paralegal and notary public.

Clients who contact our law firm can expect us to carefully listen, and then to receive clear and concise communications, as well as prompt and timely assistance.

Christy Davis, the “voice” of our law firm, is married to an attorney, and is very accustomed to the ebbs and flows of multi-tasking in a busy law firm. She is the primary telephone contact for clients and is a virtual fountain of knowledge about family relations law processes and procedures. She also provides legal assistant administrative services within the firm, primarily to Attorney Dougherty for the clients he serves.

Mary Dougherty, the administrative overseer, is married to Attorney Douglas Dougherty. She provides oversight regarding law office facilities and operation. In addition, she uses the PCLaw® system (law firm finance and accounting PC-based software), to administratively support law firm clients that Attorney Dougherty serves and certain other operations of the law firm.

Richard Arndt, our firm administrator, uses the PCLaw® system to administratively support law firm clients that Attorney’s Hanneman and Snedaker serve and manages the fundamental operations of the law firm. In addition, for certain clients, he provides paralegal services to assist the assigned attorney. Paralegal services enable our law firm to provide qualified legal assistance at about one-third of the hourly attorney rate, thereby providing cost efficiencies to our firm’s clients. He also provides notary public services for legal documents that our firm processes.
